Job Description
Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
-
You will support the Sample Order Expert in pre-order phase (with forecast updates, clarification of technical content etc.); - You will offer support by receiving and processing sample orders from the Customer System/Project Manager;
- You will be able to confirm the technical definition with the Sample Order Expert/Project Manager;
- You will be ensuring that the customer requirement of each order is transmitted to the Plant;
- You will inform the Sample Order Management/Project Manager about planned delivery dates;
- You will offer support with updates/distributes of the sample delivery plan to internally after each meeting with the Project Manager;
- You will offer support with ensuring and following internal communication with Plant.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- You are an undergraduate student, with interest in working in a multicultural environment;
- Advantage: Economic/Business/Management studies and involvement in extracurricular activities.

- You are detail-oriented and analytical;
- You have good Excel skills;
- You have an independent and pro-active working style;
