Position: Utilities/MEP Engineer – Design and Execution for Industrial Projects
Responsibilities:

Design and develop HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire fighting systems for industrial projects.
Review project specifications to define utilities requirements.
Create detailed 2D/3D designs for utilities systems, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
Collaborate with clients and consultants to understand and refine project requirements.
Prepare and execute comprehensive action plans for utilities system implementation.
Identify and implement system improvements, ensuring rigorous quality assurance.
Create, verify, and validate all Material Take Offs (MTOs) related to utilities systems.
Present detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions related to utilities.
Continuously monitor and report on the progress of utilities projects to all stakeholders.
Willingness to travel and relocate as required for project assignments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and executing industrial projects.
Proficiency in 2D/3D design software.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in industrial settings.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
