Position overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mid-Senior UX/UI Researcher to join our dynamic team and enhance user experiences in the i Gaming industry. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals by conducting qualitative and quantitative research. Your insights will directly influence product development, optimizing player engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user behavior, preferences, and pain points into actionable design improvements. You'll play a key role in ensuring our gaming platforms remain intuitive, innovative, and user-focused, while staying current on the latest UX/UI trends.
Responsibilities within our team include:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research through surveys, A/B testing, and usability studies to gather insights into player behavior, preferences, and pain points.
Create and validate user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to support product development and improve the overall experience.
Analyze user journeys to identify opportunities for better engagement, conversion rates, and player satisfaction.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Amplitude to analyze customer data, identify trends, and provide insights for informed product decisions.
Collaborate in developing and executing a research strategy with guidance from the Lead UX to support both short-term and long-term goals.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to turn research insights into practical changes that enhance the user experience.
Present research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders, using clear visuals to highlight key data-driven insights.
Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and i Gaming industry developments to ensure the product experience remains innovative and engaging.
Contribute to refining UX processes and best practices within the team, helping improve design and development workflows.
Facing the challenges of the role require:
4+ years of experience in UI/UX research, ideally in i Gaming or entertainment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods (surveys, A/B testing, usability studies).
Experienced with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Figma for data analysis and design.
Ability to analyze user journeys and create wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects and evolving priorities.
Strong focus on user-centered design, ensuring research insights translate into actionable improvements.
Up-to-date with UX/UI trends and best practices, with a curiosity for the i Gaming industry and its developments.
