Position overview:

The QA Automation Engineers are responsible for designing and implementing automated tests for
web applications using Playwright and other industry-standard tools and processes. They will
ensure software quality by detecting and preventing defects and improving test coverage and
performance.

Responsibilities within our team include:

Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Appium and Java Script
Write test cases and test plans to validate software functionality and usability
Execute automated and manual tests (when needed), report and track defects
Collaborate with developers, product owners and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify areas for automation
Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes and tools
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback towards the quality enhancement of the software.

Facing the challenges of the role require:

4+ years of experience in software testing and automation
Strong knowledge of Selenium / Appium automation tools and expertise in the development of automated tests
Proficient in Java Script
Familiarity with test management tools, preferably Xray
Experience with CI / CD systems like Azure Dev Ops
Previous experience on building automation frameworks from scratch
Experience with API testing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
