Job Description:
Luxolis is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to play a pivotal role in both marketing and product development efforts for our innovative 3D technology. Responsibilities:
- User Interface Design:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for Luxolis 3D products across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and usability.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user requirements and feedback into seamless user experiences.
- User Experience Optimization:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user behaviors and preferences.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights, continuously improving the overall user experience.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Branding and Marketing Design:
- Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, landing pages, and email newsletters.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, aligning with Luxolis' brand identity and messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute design expertise and insights.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment, promoting open communication and feedback exchange.
- Design System Development:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system to streamline UI/UX design processes and ensure design consistency.
- Document design guidelines, patterns, and components for use by internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
- X years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work samples.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design systems.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., In Vision, Axure) and user testing methodologies.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, layout, and branding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional user experiences.
