Responsibilities:
Content Creation:Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media, emails, and website content.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and shareable content.
Social Media Management:Manage and grow Luxolis' presence on social media platforms (e.g., Linked In, Twitter, Instagram).
Plan and schedule regular posts, engage with the audience, and track social media performance.
Email Marketing:Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, inform customers, and promote product updates.
Monitor email campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
Digital Advertising:Assist in the creation and management of online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
Monitor ad performance, budgets, and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed.
SEO and Website Optimization:Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
Collaborate with web developers to enhance the user experience and website performance.
Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Create regular reports to share insights and make data-driven recommendations.
Market Research:Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for Luxolis.
Stay updated on the latest developments in the 3D digital twin industry.
Event Support:Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and physical events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
Coordinate marketing materials and collateral for events.
Branding and Messaging:Ensure consistency in Luxolis' branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and a passion for content creation and storytelling.
Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital advertising.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot) is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Enthusiasm for technology and an interest in the 3D digital twin industry is a bonus.
