The Transfer Pricing Manager is responsible for managing the transfer pricing strategies and policies of FLS to ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations. This role is pivotal in minimizing tax risks and optimizing the company’s global tax position while ensuring adherence to local and international transfer pricing guidelines. The Transfer Pricing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure that all intercompany transactions are accurately documented and aligned with the company's overall tax strategy.
Your responsibilities

Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files, and Country-by-Country (Cb C) reports.

Conduct benchmark studies to determine arm's length pricing for intercompany transactions.

Monitor and analyze changes in global tax regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant transfer pricing laws.

Support with transfer pricing audits and disputes, including liaising with tax authorities and external advisors.

Collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams to align transfer pricing strategies with business operations.

Support business restructuring and cross-border transactions, ensuring alignment with transfer pricing policies.

Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on transfer pricing matters.

Operational Transfer Pricing, including modelling, financial analysis and monitoring.

Preparation and update of intercompany agreements with execution support.
What you bring

In-depth knowledge of global transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Proficiency in using financial software, preferably One Stream, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Tax (or other related field).

Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA, LLM) is an advantage.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax.

Fluent in English.

Experience working in a multinational corporation or a Big Four accounting firm is preferred.
