The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA or MSC degree in a filed of Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Technical informatics or Mechatronics
- 10+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), or related engineering/technical field
- 5+ years of experience in Rand D in several multidiscipline projects in automotive environment, experience with power products is a plus (autiomotive inverter developement)
- Experience with high voltage power semiconductor selection
- Communication level of English, plus Romanian and German is an advantage
- Strong technical and analytical abilities (systematic approach, capability of abstraction and simplification,
- Ability to recognize dependencies, weaknesses and risks, understand the use, boundary conditions and fields of application of systems
- Understanding of automotive system/software development in model/embedded environment
- Customer focus
- Ability to work flexibly and effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to details What a typical day looks like:
- Initiate the project specific arhitecture and design for the developement object (inverter control board)
- Focused on highest efficiency, highest power density and best EMC performance
- Defining and specify system and product requirements
- Driving improved thermal behavior
- Strive to reach best in class efficiency
- Systemize and prioritize the requirements effort planning, tracking, reporting together with Technical Leads and PM's
