Our client is one of the largest German insurance group, among the top 15 largest non-life reinsurance worldwide. We are looking for a dedicated IT Specialist to be responsible for the operation and support of their Web Seal and Web LDAP authentication and access security systems.
The ideal candidate will be able to independently analyze complex problems and develop effective solution strategies. Responsibilities will include ensuring smooth operations, performing maintenance and optimizing system performance. Your in-depth technical expertise will ensure the security and reliability of the IT infrastructure.

What you'll be doing
- Continuous operation and monitoring of Web Seal and Web LDAP
- Rapid identification, analysis and rectification of system faults
- Development of solution concepts to improve system stability and security
- Regular system maintenance and updates
- Supporting and advising internal teams on authentication and access management issues
What you'll bring along
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is required
- A minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in a similar role is required
- Previous experience working with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with IBM ISAM (ISAM is comprised of three software components, Web SEAL, Policy Server, and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
- LDAP Server Config ( ex: Password policy extensions for a specific LDAP branch
- Python scripting (automating deployments)
- Experience with Linux is mandatory
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud Management & Maintenance is nice to have
- Expertise in Development toolchain support - CI/CD pipelines, container schedulers, and custom applications
- Very good English communication skills
- You are an analytical thinker, with a logical approach to solutions and problem solving
