Bachelor degree ;
Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, Environment legislation;
Experience in the fields of Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, Occupational Health and Safety, Environment;
Technical course a EUR" fire prevention;
Inspector in the field of occupational health and safety 80 hours;
Waste management course. Implements and maintains the occupational HSE management system within the company, according to the Romanian legislation and according to the S.H.E. company procedures;
Verifies the application of the current legislative regulations and rules regarding fire risk prevention, employee health protection and environmental protection;
Elaborates own instructions for the completion and/or application of the legal regulations, taking into account the peculiarities of the company`s activities, as well as of the specific workplaces/stations and risk areas identified;
Develops the training and testing program at company level and the topics for all training phases and establishes, in writing, the periodicity of training for each workplace;
Plans fire prevention and firefighting activities within the organization and organizes fire defense activities;
Trains employees in the field of fire prevention and extinguishing and controls the compliance with fire prevention and extinguishing measures,
Elaborates specific documents in the field of fire prevention, heath, safety, and environment;
Participates in the identification of environmental issues within the organization and provides support in the preparation of environmental data and reports the development of the environmental monitoring program and waste monitoring;
Collaborates with the designated workers in the field of HSE, workers` representatives and the occupational physician in order to develop, update and monitor the prevention and protection plan.
