What we’re looking for
We are looking for a service engineer ho can design performance tests, operational KPI and monitor evolution for capacity management,support delivering for projects in L2 with oncall.
What you’ll be doing
Identify heavy topics that could compromise customer satisfaction.
Design performance tests, operational KPI and monitor evolution for capacity management.
Validate and contribute over projects functionalities, architecture and service handover.
Support delivering for projects in L2 with oncall, ownership over implementation of permanent fixes and optimizations, monitor daily progress of activities and projects into assigned perimeter and acting as a point of escalation for incidents from technical support staff.
Design performance tests, operational KPI and monitor evolution for capacity management.

What you need to know/have
Service Engineer technical knowledge
Strong Linux knowledge (system and network parameters)
Awareness of Devops Tools ( Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus, Ansible, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, Kubernetes)
Awareness of cloud technology Network concepts: switching, load balancing, routing, firewalls, IPs, DNS
Fluent in English;
French will be a plus
Autonomous with good capability for teamwork
Solid interpersonal skills
Technical curiosity
Synthesis skills
Strong Linux knowledge (system and network parameters)
