To test software code as per work allocated within the quality standards prescribed so as to meet the client requirements.
Experience knowledge
We expect you to have 5-10 years (medior) or 10+ years (senior) of experience in the testing area, take the lead in setting up testing strategy and have the ability to translate functional requirements into test cases. You are a champion in automating test suites.
In addition, we expect ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment without extensive supervision.
As for the senior role, we expect that you to be an ambassador of the testing suite within the team, and that you can coach other team members on best practices in the testing field.

Technical competences include:
Proven knowledge of Testing frameworks ( Junit, Jmeter, Cucumber, Test Caf , Test Containers etc)
Proven experience in Test Automation
Able to set up, maintain and run Test automation suites (both front-end and back-end)
Azure Test Plan experience is preferred
Knowledge of relation databases and SQL is desired
Experience with Service oriented or microservices architecture and Rest services
CICD Tooling (Azure Devops Pipelines, Sonarqube, Fortify etc.)
Familiar with Agile concept and Scrum
You should have a Dev Ops mentality and able to handle support tasks
Advantage having experience with Swift banking messages.
Strong communication skills (verbal and writing) in English

(1.) To create and review the Test Cases from the Functional Specifications or Software Requirement Specification document. (2.) To test the Functionality as per the Test plan and respective Test Cases.. (3.) To contributes while test plans are developed as per the work assigned. (4.) To track test coverage, defect density, other relevant metrics, and publish progress reports. (5.) To coordinate with team (for discussions) and interact with client (for updates).
