Job Summary: The role of the Senior Payroll Specialist is to produce the payroll for clients, acting as their liaison for payroll-related processing. In addition, this role will participate in system testing as needed, provide consultation to clients and others, and as needed. Responsibilities:
Produce timely and accurate payroll - includes all interface and payroll processing activities;
Ensure quality controls in the payroll process and update documentation, includes reconciliation of results and audit checks
Extract monthly and annual reports (YE activities) and act as a backup for SME
Act as day-to-day liaison with client designated contacts for payroll-related processing
Respond to client inquiries and take appropriate action ensuring timely review and resolution of issues.
Work effectively across ADP France to resolve client issues.
Maintain client payroll procedure manuals and business process documents
Highlight and escalate relevant matters that may impact the running of client payrolls
Process relevant tax forms for employees
Conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including month-end, qrtr-end, and year-end activities.
Constantly and actively contribute to the Standardization and Improvement process.
Create or adapt existing training material depending on new instructions received from stake holders/ functional leaders, in cooperation with the SME when the case.
Act as a Trainer/ Mentor/Buddy to the new comers, ensuring process knowledge is well absorbed, job shadowing
Work closely with the Team Leader and contribute to creation of refresher training sessions for the team whenever the need is detected/ at supervisor’s request or other ADP functions’ suggestion.

Effectively manages the knowledge and tools within the team in order to impact delivery capabilities
Readily takes advantage of opportunities to suggest or promote new ideas

Education & Experience:
Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor’s Degree
Major Area of Concentration: IT / Business / Accounting
Work Experience:
Associate Payroll Specialist 1-3 yrs
Payroll Specialist 3-5 yrs
Senior Payroll Specialist 5-8 yrs
People Management:
Team oriented/Team Player

Fluent in French and English language

Ability to use ADP systems and processes accurately and consistently; “SAP” HR/Payroll expertise
