Senior Paid Marketing Automation Manager (Full time, remote)

Corporate Secretary: Automating the company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and Sleek Sign. We are the market leaders in Singapore with ~5% market share of all new business incorporations
Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary Sleek Books ledger, generative AI tools and exceptional customer service
Business banking: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses
Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. Role Overview Reporting to the Head of Performance marketing and working in partnership with our regional marketing leaders, you will make our global paid marketing operations world-class thanks to automation. In the UK and AU in particular we’re going through an exciting phase of scaling our activity and this role will be instrumental in driving the growth by focusing on improving our ROAS and running innovative experiments, while maintaining a strong data-driven approach.
Responsibilities Automation (75% of Role)
Identify, develop and launch new solutions to automate basic tasks of paid account management (e.g. scripts or industry solutions)
Come up with ideas to test & constantly run A/B tests on bidding. Ensure automated bidding drives the highest volume of net cash by measuring performance regularly. Maximise the opportunity of automated bidding strategies and campaigns, including PMax
Ensure data pipeline of conversions is always 100% accurate, and build automated alerting to spot issues in real-time
Automate tracking of KPI's to identify opportunities and report back to the wider business
Leverage CRM platforms for paid marketing automation activities, with the goal to enhance ad audience segmentation, exclusions and testing
Implement API integrations (using tools such as Zapier) with paid platforms
Account Management (25% of Role)
Execute and optimise PPC, Paid Social and retargeting campaigns across multiple countries where required
Conduct regular keyword research and campaign audits to identify new opportunities
Implement scalable paid campaigns using a hypothesis-led approach to test, learn & iterate.
Stay abreast with Search trends, techniques and constantly looking to test new channels
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Performance Marketing manager or similar
BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
A problem solver. Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail and must have a data driven approach
Experience with managing campaigns in Google Ads. Proven track record of growing PPC operations for a tech/ecommerce business or an agency
Focused on the results. Proven track record on driving revenue and higher AOVs at target ROAS
Proven experience in running A/B tests on bidding at scale
Proven experience in script and relevant automation solutions for paid search marketing
Excellent communication, both verbal and written
Beneficial Experience
Python coding or similar scripting language knowledge a strong plus
International and B2B experience
Experience with Hubspot, Tableau, VWO, Facebook and Linkedin
Strong knowledge of Hubspot and Big Query connections with advertising platforms
Able to use SQL to manage data and automate reports
Comfortable with managing & testing tags on GTM to ensure accurate tracking
