Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and data-driven B2B Marketing Analyst to join our marketing analytics team. The Senior Marketing Analyst will guide their team to deliver an effective and high quality marketing reporting service to the demand generation, campaign, and product marketing teams. They will work cross-functionally with the Marketing Operations, Campaign Delivery, and Digital Experience teams to achieve marketing’s analytical goals.
Please note that this role can be either based in Romania or the UK

Job Overview: Key Responsibilities

Lead a small team of B2B Marketing Analysts, overseeing the production of high-quality marketing reports, ensuring they consistently meets the highest standards of accuracy and relevance in their analysis
Work closely with marketing teams to analyze campaign performance, provide insights and recommend optimization strategies, to enable data driven decision making.
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to varying stakeholders marketing performance reporting, including regular stakeholder meetings and the development of marketing performance dashboards, leveraging the technical skills within your team.
Build relationships with the marketing teams to understand business challenges and collaboratively define requirements for projects.
Produce detailed, group-wide insights to identify trends, share best practice and improve campaign performance across the board.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing analytics.
B2B experience including assessing marketing channely and campaign effectiveness on the end-to-end pipeline
Experience mentoring junior team members.
Analytical aptitude and interest in interrogating data to develop hypotheses and insights.
Extensive Knowledge of Salesforce/ Hubspot/Google Analytics and other marketing platforms, concepts and KPIs .
Some SQL skills (there is SQL expertise in the team).
Experience combining data from disparate sources .
Experience with a visualization tool like Sisense (preferred), Power BI, or Looker.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell a story with data, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills, with a focus on team coordination and attention to detail.
