Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
- You have 4+ years of professional experience and a good understanding of the Java SE and you can work with a high degree of autonomy in the Java-based ecosystem;
- You master the Java SE and EE, and you work well with DI frameworks and algorithms;
- You have worked with other languages (preferably Node JS/Kotlin/Scala) and understand functional programming;
- You are proactive; able to take on development tasks of any complexity and can support others in solving them;
- You enforce standard coding practices amongst team members and actively review others’ code;
- You are comfortable switching between multiple technologies from various areas of the development lifecycle: from Java/Kotlin/Scala and Spring, automated test frameworks, CI/CD configuration, infrastructure debugging to maybe some front-end minor tweaks;

You understand the importance of unit tests, code quality and security checks, and you integrate them into daily activities; experience with test-driven development (TDD) is a plus;
- You had some exposure to any public/private cloud providers (preferably AWS/GCP/Azure) and you are interested in learning more about how projects are run on cloud platforms;
- You are aware of modern virtualization solutions such as Docker, Kubernetes etc.;
- You can set up and debug CI/CD pipelines;
- You can work with reactive systems and understand messaging queues;
- You can work efficiently with SQL and No SQL databases and can contribute to design decisions;
- You know very well about code versioning tools like Git/SVN;

You have previous experience or you would be comfortable with taking ownership and leading one or more important streams in a project, along with guiding the people who work on those streams.
