As a Talent & Culture Generalist, you'll be part of a global team, working together to ensure we attract and retain the best talent, preserve our culture, and help individuals grow! This role blends HR and Payroll responsibilities and will include tasks such as new hire onboarding, contracting, benefits enrollment, terminations, employee requests, personnel administration, and processing payroll input. Payroll responsibilities:
Process the entire cycle of payroll including capturing new employees, leaves, terminations, and the validation and authorization of claims.
Review and ensure the accuracy of approved advances, travel, and other claims.
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure that employee changes are entered correctly, made on a timely basis, and reviewed for proper authorization.
Process employee payroll queries in a timely manner.
HR responsibilities:
Ensures compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations for practices and policies.
Assists in maintaining employee records in the human resource information system.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave.
Responds to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Coordinates and facilitates new hire orientation and onboarding activities, including the preparation of new hire paperwork.
Identify and recommend ways to improve the efficiency of the department and services performed.
Supports initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Other related duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required, in human resources, organizational development, psychology, or a related field preferred or prior Human Resources experience.
Experience using payroll systems, ADP Workforce Now - preferred.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability and willingness to learn new things and take on new projects.
Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proven ability to prioritize multiple, often conflicting tasks and deliverables.

Experience:
At least 4 years of Human Resources experience with the Romanian labor law.
Preferable payroll experience.
