Job Description: Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical hardware solutions for medical products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of hardware components into our overall system design.

Design and develop electrical hardware solutions for our products, ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations.
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze requirements to determine the most suitable hardware architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and mechanical engineers, to integrate hardware components into the overall system design.
Create and review detailed electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and component selection for optimal performance.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware designs, identifying and resolving any issues or anomalies.
Collaborate with suppliers to select and source components, ensuring their availability and compatibility with the hardware design.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical hardware design.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
6-8+ years of relevant experience in design & development of system/sub-system.
Proven experience as an Electrical Hardware Engineer, preferably in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of electrical hardware design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience in high-speed designs, Ethernet, USB, u SD, Display, CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, RS422/485 communication interfaces.
Experience in working with microcontrollers and microprocessors.
Component selection, power components like DC-DC converters, low voltage signal conditioning circuitry design, transducers interface designs, component tolerance analysis.
Experience in tools like Or CAD Capture, Altium and EAGLE for schematic entry and Microsoft Visio for Block Diagram and Wiring Diagram Design.
Circuit Simulations using TINA/LT Spice/ PSpice etc.
Proficient in testing and debugging equipment like Oscilloscope, Function generator, Data Acquisition System, Digital multi-meters, I2C/SPI Analyzer etc.
Familiarity with medical standards and regulations in electrical hardware design.
Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and signal integrity.
Should have performed hands-on EMC, Environment, and Electrical safety tests.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Experience in Technical Documentation
Knowledge in Complete Hardware Design Lifecycle
Knowledge in board bring up and testing
Experience in EE validation/debugging/triaging
