To qualify for this role you must have
Experience in risk management and regulatory topics with a special focus on Basel III/IV requirements and incorporation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risks into the risk management framework of our clients (3-5 years).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you’ll work in a highly collaborative environment with risk management experts in all areas, regulatory experts, data science practitioners and advisory professionals using all kind of tools from data manipulation tools to statistical ones, in order to bring the best solutions for our projects.
Develop and implement the Basel III/IV requirements within the risk management framework, ensuring full compliance with all aspects.
Conduct impact assessments of Basel III/IV and ESG-related regulatory changes in the credit risk profile and capital requirements of our clients.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures to integrate ESG risk factors into the credit risk assessment and decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk Management, Compliance, and Sustainability, to align credit risk practices with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
Provide expert advice and guidance on regulatory requirements related to credit risk, including training and support to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze regulatory developments, industry trends, and best practices in credit risk management, with a focus on Basel IV and ESG risks.
Participate in regulatory examinations and audits, serving as a key point of contact for risk regulatory matters.
Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and reporting requirements for financial institutions.
