YOUR TASKS:

Operations management of over 500++ customer installations of ATOSS products (Saa S) in our managed hosting environments (ATOSS Cloud Solution)
Manage updates and release changes for 500++ cloud installations
Deployment of new installations and services
Configure technical interfaces to our cloud services with our customers and implementation partners
Cooperation with our R&D department for new features and changes implementation
Architecture and infrastructures design responsibilities
2nd and 3rd level support for our on premise and cloud implementations
Application level debugging, investigating incidents, provide RCA’s, doing deep dives on all issues reported in order to come up with improvements to our systems

YOUR SKILLS:

Good knowledge of cloud-native technologies - Azure Services, Functions, etc
Knowledge of Agile methodologies as well as development tools - Git, build tools, etc
CI/CD knowledge - Azure Pipelines, Azure Dev Ops
Virtualization technologies - various hypervisors management, implementation of virtualized infrastructures
Containerization technologies - Docker, Kubernetes
Good scripting knowledge - Shell, Python
Good networking knowledge - protocols, cloud networking
Excellent Linux know-how and experience
Being a team player is a must, but you should also be comfortable with working independently
Strong attitude to optimize and atomize processes
Fluent English, German language is a plus

Infrastructure as Code - Ansible, Terraform knowledge
Private cloud related experience - Openshift
Certifications on Azure (. Azure Developer, Dev Ops Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect)
Jenkins knowledge
