Could you be the full-time Senior Business Data Analyst in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, proactive, and value-oriented teammates.
As a Senior Business Data Analyst will need to:
- Ensure the accuracy for the data gathering from region, sites and extraction from system.
- Provide the reports/ data needed to make decisions to central team
- Support the sponsors and the regions with understanding the data or trends to drive the demand
We’ll look to you for:
- Secure and define the data structuration in order to provide right efficiency to the process
- Compile and consolidate relevant data information coming from core team
- Structure the data extracted from the ERPs systems in an Excel sheet

- Degree level qualification;
- Power BI expert / expert in Excel and in data management – preferably with Finance, Procurement, Projects backgrounds
- Good in Power Point and lead presentations for top management
- Can understand, explain, and interpret data
- Can drive governance with top management/ different region heads/ métiers
- Strong data crunching and data visualization skills, automation mindset, interested in information technologies and the usage of tools;
- Good knowledge of indirect procurement and pricing management
- Fluency in English, any other language is an advantage
- Structured and organized;
- Agile mind set;
- Collaboration & communication skills;
