IAM Security Engineer

Main Duties Include:

- Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management solutions to ensure secure access control and authentication processes.;

Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM technologies into existing systems, ensuring seamless and secure user access management.;
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM-related issues, ensuring timely support for business operations;
Develop and maintain IAM security documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical guidelines.;
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support IAM technologies like PKI, Sail Point, Okta, or PAM.;
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers.

Requirements:

- Hands-on expertise with at least one IAM technology (PKI, Sail Point, Okta, PAM).

Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity federation protocols (OAuth, SAML, Open ID Connect).
Proficient in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of German is a plus..
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in at least one of the following IAM technologies: PKI, Sail Point, Okta, PAM (Privileged Access Management).
Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity federation protocols (OAuth, SAML, Open ID Connect).
Experience with cloud-based identity management solutions (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM, or similar).
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, or Bash for automation of IAM processes.
Ability to configure and integrate IAM systems with existing infrastructure (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).

Vendor-specific certifications in IAM solutions (e.g., Sail Point Certified Identity Professional, Okta Certified Professional).
