Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
- +5 years relevant hands-on experience as SAP SD consultant (ECC and/or S/4 Hana, business process owner who understands the SAP functionalities - processes, architecture & system configuration) or SAP Consultant (expertise shift in case of experience on any other logistics modules);
- Operational and organizational knowledge of logistics processes;
- Good understanding of SAP business processes (Order management, Procurement, Delivery processing, Pricing, Special business processes) and SAP functionalities (architecture);
- Fluency in English;
- Have proven experience in working in multicultural and geographically distributed teams;
- Good verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating directly with the client;
- Strong problem-solving abilities to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues;
- Worked before on IT projects, ITIL knowledge or certification would be a plus;
- Great attention, to details, well organized, team player, problem-solving, decision-making, result orientation, resilience, presentation skills, analytical thinking, people-management, goal-orientation.
Your future role
- Part of the new SAP Operate capability within Deloitte Technology;
- Acquire a good understanding of business process and be able to offer the best technical solution to meet the business needs
- Solve Incidents/Service request/Changes within the SLAs
- Understand and be able to independently customize SAP SD specific processes, functionalities and know the common integration points with other SAP Modules (FI, CO, EWM, TM, PP etc.)
- Communicate effectively with the Service Delivery Manager, Team members and Client
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills with clients and a team player attitude
- Have the willingness to develop new professional skills.
