Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP Helpdesk by coaching and supporting the team with ticket validation, prioritization, and routing as well as resolving more complex issues;
- Serve as key contact to SAP Consultants and ensure proper hand-over of unresolved issues to them;
- Maintain a high level of service quality by implementing internal control measures and ensure best practices by applying IT standards;
- Participate in global SAP rollouts with onboarding of new users and testing support;
- Further develop the SAP service model and processes to maintain an effective support organization and provide excellent customer experience and value;
- Promote collaboration of SAP Consultants and SAP Helpdesk Specialists;
- First line of contact for Doxis4 Users;
- Interface to local HR departments for On- and Offboarding of Doxis4 Users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in IT, economics, business administration or comparable education;
- Experience in establishing and leading SAP support teams in international corporations of at least 3 years;
- Practical experience in different SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, PP, SD) of at least 3-5 years;
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing and maintaining SAP authorization concepts is a plus;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of the team, communicate clearly with stakeholders, as well as embracing change;
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
