The mission is simplifying things for the human resources department, so that very small and small businesses can get more involved in the human aspect, and not be stuck handling administrative tasks.
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer who will work in an open and dynamic team that collaborates on cross-functional topics.

Job requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Ruby / Rails and other programming languages;
- Ability to write structured, tested and efficient code;
- Autonomy and the desire for complex technical challenges;
- The ability to establish a structured and documented technical architecture or design;
- Pair-programming, sharing knowledge and working in a team are some of your favorite activities;
- A desire to work with up-to-date technologies and take advantage of the latest improvements;
- Strong skills in Ruby, SQL, design pattern;
- An affinity for code reviewing;

Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop new features (application, API);
- Participate in improving the organization, processes and the tech team’s standards;
- Mentor and coach junior members of the team;
- Become a referent on one or more technical and functional scope(s) of the application;

Discuss with the rest of the team as part of code reviews and pair-programming.
