Regional Ho Re Ca Manager
What this position is about:
As a Regional Ho Re Ca Manager, you will support the National Ho Re Ca & Events Manager in implementing JTI’s national Ho Re Ca strategy. Your role is to ensure sustainable growth and development of partnerships in the assigned region, running the Ho Re Ca portfolio, budgets, and marketing programs.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the regional Ho Re Ca strategy, aligned with national objectives, including partnerships, activations, and marketing programs.
Analyze and evaluate the regional Ho Re Ca portfolio, identifying new trends, opportunities, and growth areas.
Maintain relationships with Ho Re Ca partners, ensuring contract fulfillment, product stocking, and execution of marketing programs.
Coordinate and empower the regional Ho Re Ca team, ensuring effective planning, organization, and performance management.
Conduct regular visits to Ho Re Ca venues, ensuring contract compliance and seeing opportunities for new partnerships.
Supervise and report on regional Ho Re Ca budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the National Ho Re Ca & Events Manager.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, brand management, planning) to ensure alignment with broader company goals and initiatives.
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Ho Re Ca.
Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Excellent team management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
Availability for business travel.
Driving licence.
