What to expect:
- Analysis of Warranty and goodwill data for current series in the field
- Extraction of the relevant data from the customer system
- Summary of the results and preparation of a quality report at AMG level according to customer specifications
- Evaluation of the field topics in ZEUS, summary and clustering of the results according to customer specifications in a report, which is made available to the client on a weekly basis.
- Tracking of missed deadlines and requesting those responsible to maintain the documentation accordingly.
- Detailed analyses / special evaluations according to the "tickets" submitted and completed
- Carrying out detailed analyses in existing Q-sensors (AQUA, TIPS, CAC) for specific complaints
- TIPS case Research and assignment of customer complaints to an error focus (cluster).
What you bring along:
- German language B2/C1-mandatory
- Sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or a related field
- Quality Management focused person.
- Attention to details
- Good communication skills
- English (nice to have).
