We’re looking for a meticulous QA Engineer for Elementor’s Platform group to help ensure the quality and reliability of our diverse services and products.
In this role, you’ll focus on testing across Platform services, such as our online store, my Elementor dashboard, and our product infrastructure. Your attention to detail will be crucial in delivering high-quality products and services that ensure a seamless user experience.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in a testing role in various technology domains - a must
Ability to create and execute detailed test plans and test cases, define testing strategies, and identify high-risk areas - a must
Experience testing web technologies - websites (landing pages & dashboards), web applications, APIs - a must
Ability to prioritize bugs and testing in a dynamic environment
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal - a must
Experience writing and tracking bug reports
Experience working with test management tools
Experience debugging with web and Chrome Dev Tools

An advantage:

Experience with test automation and frameworks (Playwright, Selenium or similar, POM)
Experience with testing ecommerce products
Familiarity with testing in a distributed microservices environment
Basic knowledge of performance and load testing concepts
Experience with data testing and SQL
Familiarity with Elementor and/or Wordpress

Responsibilities:

Create and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Identify, record, document, and track bugs for our online store and product infrastructure
Conduct testing across various technologies including web, API, microservices, and data
Develop a deep understanding of our products to identify and document issues accurately
Maintain accurate records of test results and contribute to test documentation
Provide insightful feedback on product quality and participate in process improvements
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on product requirements, efficiently resolve defects, and ensure high quality standards
