Position: We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to join our team in Timisoara, Romania. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for representing the Product Manager and ensuring effective product delivery through collaboration with the development team. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand and prioritize their needs, define product features, and create a clear product backlog. You will be an integral part of the product development process, from the initial idea to the final release.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements
Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and up to date
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap
Work closely with the development team to ensure the product backlog is refined and ready for development
Participate in scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Provide input and direction to the development team during sprints
Regularly communicate progress and updates to stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role
Excellent understanding of Agile methodology and principles
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira or Trello
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and processes
