Procurement Professional with German
Responsibilities
- Purchase requisition verification and issuing of minor to midd value based purchase orders;
- Verifying and entering order confirmations;
- Tracking of deliveries (dunning if necessary);
- Ensuring order processing up to invoicing;
- Troubleshooting regarding invoice deviations and final approval;
- Adjustment of purchase orders upon necessity;
- Cooperation with suppliers and maintaining a good relationship with them;
- Requests for quotations and supplier analysis;
- Negotiation of commercial conditions (such as prices, terms of payment and delivery);
- Clarification of emerging commercial and technical issues;
- Creation and maintenance of purchasing master data;
- Troubleshooting for delivery and quality deviations and solution finding, together with category managers and other peers;
- Support in the onboarding of new joiners and ensuring compliance with;
- Procurement policies;
- Proposing process improvement measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Economics or similar;
- Experience in similar position / BPO or manufacturing industry;
- Fluent in both spoken and written German and English;
- Proficiency in Procurement processes;
- Experience with tools such as SAP and/or SRM systems represent an advantage;
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.);
- Strong negotiation skills along with intercultural competency;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Independent and responsible way of working;
- Fact-driven and innovative mindset;
- Team spirit;
- High ambition and customer orientation in the B2B area.
