Qualifications
Good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO environment;
Experience in process modelling using Visio or Business Optix or similar application;
Knowledge of BPMN notation will be an advantage;
Continuous improvement mindset;
Very good communication and presentation skills;
English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent;
Experience in client facing activities (i.e. workshops, presentations, training);
Experience in project type of work, with frequent client interactions;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Knowledge and experience in at least one of the e Procurement systems (Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, etc.) and the ERPs (SAP, Oracle);
Good understanding of non-ERP process supporting tools – its functionalities and offered benefits (e.g. Service Now, Jira, Fairmarkit, Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, etc).
Job Responsibilities
Participate in the process and technology transformation projects within Source to Pay, guiding more junior staff in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables;
Participate in the projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, e Procurement or ERP solutions selection and implementation, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management and similar;
Apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) within the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes;
Build knowledge and understanding of our market leading assets and methods (e.g. Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM), 5 senses of Intelligent Automation, ESOAR transformation method, RPA Technologies, etc.).
