Being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00- 18:00, in a hybrid setup from the office in Iasi.
How you'll make an impact:
Take care of supplier creation/update in SAP, making sure that things run smoothly and that the process is fast and efficient;
Evaluate the document package and ensure their completeness and compliance with policies and procedures;
Pay attention to sensitive information and ensure security standards are not breached;
Work with tools such as SAP, Service Now, Ariba, Microsoft Office;
Ensure supporting team completes independent supplier verification for supplier changes;
Identify problems that could prevent the process from going smoothly, be proactive, empathize;
Investigate and resolve complex issues across the contract to pay processes systems;
Be clear and concise in answers to requester, to management and to colleagues, to avoid exchanging emails that could increase the workload;
Ensure efficient back up for colleagues;
Ensure to follow and respect deadlines;
Participate to daily meetings and become aligned with procedures and policies;
Communicate efficiently, help colleagues, be a team player;
Provide trusted advice to the Client's employees on any part of the end to end source to pay process;
Articulate the Client's policies and procurement strategy to deliver a seamless buying experience.
Skills that make your work successful:
You are fluent Italian and English speaker , minimum B2 for each;
You display attention to details, time management skills, with ability to work with high volumes;
You have the ability to be clear and concise in answers to stakeholders;
You do not leave any detail out and you crave for figuring out solutions;
You care about your teammates and working atmosphere;
You have at least 1 year of professional experience in corporation;
You previously worked in a field relating to Vendor Management, with Procurement background;
You have experience working on ERP systems: SAP, Snow, Ariba.
