Main Activities
- This position will manage corporate services area in Turkiye, being responsible for the team who will negotiate administrative, marketing, IT, finance and legal services.
- Range of expenditure categories and for achieving value for money for goods and services within the allocated categories, which are procured by Faculties and Services across BRF facilities in Türkiye
- Manage purchase contracts for common goods and services across the BRF and work with contract ‘owners’ to manage supplier performance
Main Activities
- Possessing a proven track record of implementing sustainable solutions and savings through best practice sourcing process and strategic negotiation
- Manage to tracking, monitoring and reporting all purchasing activities based on key performance indicators to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Responsible to manage budget for the related areas, KPIs, and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Business administration/ Engineer / Business Background)
- Excellent command of English
- Min. 5 years of experience in the related Procurement field and min. 2 years of experience with managerial roles
Knowledge and Skills
- Managing CBD (cost break down) for important categories
- Solid Knowledge background of corporate services procurement
- Preparing Strategic Sourcing for important categories
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience in; ERP (SAP knowledge), contract management and Generating alternative sourcing techniques; contingency plan, supplying risk management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good interpersonal skills in dealing with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
