The Procurement Analyst is responsible with Purchase Order management and maintaining up to date Standard Operating Procedures in the Procure to Pay department of Molson Coors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage purchase requisitons/orders in SAP R/3 or SRM
- Follow-up with key stakeholders the Creation/Change form approval and pursue resolution and reconciliations with Accounts Payable department
- Provide accurate & timely data analysis and support for all relevant stakeholders
- Support and maintain policies, procedures, processes and ensure accuracy
SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
Required
- Advanced English level
- MS Office knowledge
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Financial acumen / prior experience in Accounts Payable or similar activity
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP / other ERP system
- Procurement knowledge (PO/contract management)
- Prior experience in Shared Service Centers/BPO
