Process Engineer - Metal Technology
Technical Bachelor degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position a EUR" process engineer.
English a EUR" advanced level
Knowledge of metal processing, study of materials, strength of materials, heat treatments.
Knowledge of process validation tools a EUR" MFU/PFU.
Able to anticipate risks and propose practical plans to mitigate them.
Excellent problem solving and equipment/process troubleshooting skills. Collaborates on innovation, technology and organization projects within and outside the specialized technical area;
Plans and implements production systems and processes for existing and new products, in cooperation with all relevant technical departments;
Contributes to the continuous development of production processes (state of the art) and standards;
Participates in product and process related project management regarding the a EURoe Simultaneous Engineering Process-;
Supports and provides technical expertise in the areas of responsibility (Automatic Lines, Crimping, Welding, Cutting, Screwing, etc.);
Participates in the startup and setup of production equipment for new products.
