PL/SQL Developer
For our business partner, one of the largest integrator of IT and physical security solutions for national and European critical infrastructure, we are looking for a PL/SQL Developer to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the scripts and PL/SQL packages that drive their core applications. Your experience will help improve the functionality and efficiency of our database solutions, particularly in Oracle environments.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the scripts and PL/SQL packages that drive their core applications. Your experience will help improve the functionality and efficiency of our database solutions, particularly in Oracle environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages.
- Collaborate with other developers and project managers to understand business requirements and translate them into database solutions.
- Lead thorough testing and debugging of PL/SQL scripts to ensure robust applications.
- Monitor and optimize database performance through efficient schema design and indexing strategies.
- Assists in database design and suggests improvements to existing databases.
- Provides support and maintenance for existing applications
- Document changes made in accordance with internal standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years experience as a PL/SQL Developer;
- Proven ability to write efficient and complex database queries and scripts
- Experience with Oracle database technologies and tools
- Knowledge of Oracle APEX is highly desired
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Focus on finding solutions and achieving the established result
- Team-player with good verbal and written communication skills
