Partner with the best
As a Plant Management, you will be responsible for:
- To Manage an overall production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of salaried employees.
- Conduct frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex planning activities and/or complex sales processes with high degrees of customization.
- Handles complex manufacturing processes. Manufacturing department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.
- Leads a medium sized manufacturing unit. Unit consists of several departments and/or dispersed manufacturing departments.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have proven knowledge of industry standards and codes which includes Energy, Oil & Gas, specifically in a Manufacturing environment.
- Have experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment.
- Possess good communication (spoken, read & written) skills in English and Romanian.
- Have great interpersonal, leadership skills.
