Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain test environments, software, network configurations, and data setups.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand testing requirements and ensure environments are aligned with these needs.
• Automate the setup, configuration, and teardown of test environments to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor and manage the health and performance of test environments, ensuring they are available and functioning as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test environments in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation for environment setup, configurations, and procedures.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of the test environment management processes and practices.
• Support the integration of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent and reliable testing.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in daily stand-up meetings, providing feedback, and contributing to sprint retrospectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in test environment management and related technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in test automation or test environment management, system administration, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in JAVA, Type Script
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Team City or GCP.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong desire to learn and stay updated with new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred:

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
