Could you be the full-time Material Planner with Spanish in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Cristina Chis ( Team Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside passionate, dedicated, hard-working, and fun teammates. You'll manage the Alstom’s portfolio of external suppliers for ensuring goods delivery at right time to ensure production continuity. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (procurement, logistics and project teams), anticipating and managing risks by ensuring the accuracy of stock in compliance with stock and logistic constraints, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of expressing delivery needs to suppliers, but also monitor Supplier's performances KPI's while putting in place corrective actions.
We’ll look to you for:
Follow up deliveries and ensure the availability of goods for Alstom projects
Participate/lead to Supplier's performances improvement (animation)
Create the Material Planning documents (Call-off, Schedule Agreement) & respective Source List
Identify priorities associated with risk/impact anticipation and set up recovery actions
Maintain a routine with Suppliers in order to check the status of deliveries
Analyse and manage MRP (Material Requirement/Resource Planning) exception messages and anticipate supply problems (backlogs, shortages, no demand)
Ensure non-conformities replacement through NCR process
Maintain delivery dates in ERP system
Track missing parts until stock availability
Ensure non-conformities replacement
Resolve Goods Receipts issues with the applied means of communication (overstock, shortage, damage, documentation, quantity mismatch, Invoices, etc.)
Analyze and share deliveries performances KPI's with different stakeholders (Internal & External)
Collaborate with Material Planning Management/SDPM to validate worst Suppliers and define appropriate action plan
Contribute (when involved) to Supplier Capacity Assessment
Contribute (when involved) to Supplier's Light Capability Assessment (LSCA)
Contribute to new business risk assessments and mitigation action plan

Background
Degree level qualification
2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, SC / procurement or related activities
Strong vendor management and exposure to supplier management
Technical
Experience with ERP systems, good excel skills ( pivot, VLOOKUP)
SAP good to have, not mandatory
