Material Planner
Bachelor degree;
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) a EUR" advantage;
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position;
English a EUR" medium level;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
Ability to analyze and solve problems in a timely manner a EUR" customer orientation. Issues orders to suppliers according to the manufacturing requirements of the factory;
Implements the actions defined by the management in order to reach the stock value set as monthly target;
Tracks orders on a daily basis (ensures that material will be loaded on the set date);
Tracks and manages orders for raw materials and components submitted by subcontractors (integrates orders in the system; creates delivery order to subcontractor; transmits order to warehouses and follows up their delivery to subcontractor);
Follows and respects the daily routine procedure established by the direct supervisor, aiming at eliminating the risks of production stoppage due to lack of raw materials and components;
Parameterizes the system in terms of min/max; lot size; etc) for raw material and suppliers;
Defines together with the Warehouse Manager/PCand L Continuous Improvement Coordinator the minimum/maximum stock accepted according to the allocated space;
Issues transportation requests for loading/unloading (to the company`s transportation manager).
