An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Logistic Specialist to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon, Ilfov,
In this role, you will contribute to the optimisation and development of logistics processes and systems, to support increased performance.
This is what you will do:
- Assist in the design and implementation of logistics processes and controls (eg EDI integration, ERP / WMS development), became a WMS key user.
- Act often as team member in development projects
- Checking stock levels regularly, address obsolete stock reports
- Compile daily stock reports and address inventory discrepancies
- Support warehouse team in keeping accurate stock, operating stock corrections, unclosed transaction, stock transfers
- Maintain accurate Master Data specifications, close communication with Master Data Coordinator
- Maintain a good communication with external warehouses, daily stock reconciliation
- Perform random checks and audits
Skills & Requirements
This is what you need to succeed:- University Degree
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in logistics, preferably within a FMCG company
- Fluent in Romanian and English
- Good knowledge of WMS systems with a preference for Microsoft AX 12
- Experience with other systems (ERP, BI, CRM) is a plus
- Good knowledge of Logistics Processes, experience on one or more key function in a Logistic Team.
- Proficiency in Excel
