Qualifications
- You have proven work experience in an Landamp;D role for at least 5 years.
- You have excellent knowledge of the adult learning theories and you know from practice what works and what doesn't.
- You are a creative person and passionate about people development.
- You enjoy helping others grow.
- You are a life-long learner yourself.
- You like to read and stay informed on the Landamp;D trends and predictions for the future.
- You are self-driven and autonomous.
- You are a true team player.

- You have excellent presentation skills.
