Job Description (Posting).
" Overall 10+ years of IT experience. Must have 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst. Good understanding of Closed book of business (experience in migration). Good understanding of Life and Pensions domain Good understanding German Life Insurance market Good proficiency in German language Nice to have some understanding of the MSG product. Should be able to analyze and understand the existing business product and process and be able to suggest future state Understand the needs of clients and translate them into functional requirements Analyze and document business processes Conduct gap analysis Define Configure and customize application requirements Work closely with technical teams to ensure the solutions meet the needs of the client Provide support during testing and deployment Provide training and support to end-users Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution Strong analytical skills and Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities" (1.) To conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear and concise functional specifications. (2.) To analyze available options, considering feasibility, cost, and alignment with business requirements and suggest solutions. (3.) To participate and facilitate the walkthrough to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements. (4.) To prepare and or or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements (5.) Tackle complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
