Now Hiring: Project Manager
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that supports regional and global projects, helping leverage resources and infrastructure for improved operational efficiency, productivity, and quality? We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team! The Project Manager manages and contributes to a range of responsibilities, including process mapping, process documentation, conducting research and data analysis, creating summaries and presentations to effectively communicate results and recommendations . You will also support the Project leads assigned to larger programs in conducting due diligence, process scanning and generating solution roadmaps and business transition plans.

Now Hiring: Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team! What will you be doing in our team?
Process Improvement:
- Assist business-led teams with continuous improvement methodologies and initiatives; Mobilize subject matter experts to build process capabilities, document processes, identify waste, and drive process improvements through standardized work;
Project Management:
- Oversee project implementation and dashboard governance; Ensure timely and accurate delivery, and act as the first point of contact for dashboard enhancements;
Cross-Functional Support:
- Drive local projects impacting all functions within the Hub location; Support change management across various departments;
What will make you successful?
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Project Management Certification is a plus;
- 2 years of experience in Project Management; Proven experience in executing business transformation projects;
- Knowledge of process mapping and documentation;
- Familiarity with Lean tools and methodologies is a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point, Excel (advanced skills); Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools is a bonus;
