WHAT YOU'LL DO
Generate and engage leads through outbound calls and targeted email campaigns.
Promote our solutions to potential customers by understanding their business needs and challenges.
Use innovative sales techniques to build rapport, qualify leads, and book relevant meetings for the Business Development Manager/ Team.
Learn and utilize AI-driven tools and automation platforms to maximize productivity.
Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain relationships with prospects
Track KPIs, focusing on valuable contracts that lead to engagement or signed deals
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
1-3 years of experience in Sales/Telemarketing.
Strong communication skills and a passion for building client relationships.
A results-oriented mindset, demonstrated by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and work with digital tools.
Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and verbal.
