Growth Marketing Specialist
Join our team as a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and business growth. You will manage SEO, and content marketing strategies, including social media and PPC campaigns, to increase traffic and engagement. - Lead SEO efforts to drive organic traffic growth, improve keyword rankings, and optimize user experience.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies including articles, blogs, and link building to increase engagement, lead generation, and email sign-ups.
- Manage social media marketing across Linked In, Twitter, and Facebook to grow followers, enhance engagement, and drive traffic.
- Plan and optimize PPC advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Linked In Ads.
- Implement email marketing campaigns including lead magnets and drip campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Organize and promote webinars and online events to increase brand visibility, drive registrations, and convert leads.
- Conduct PR and media outreach activities to secure media coverage, build brand reputation, and generate backlinks.
- Implement a referral program to incentivize customer referrals and drive new customer acquisition.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, PPC advertising, and email marketing.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns with measurable results in lead generation and revenue growth.
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with international marketing and localization strategies is a plus.
