You should be familiar with Windows Server administration, respective services especially DNS, DHCP and AD, and Cloud services. You will be familiar with Windows applications and able to go deep into technical details with our external partners, who are providing these services under your governance.

- End user computing
- MFA
- Technical support for associated application services regarding situation assessments, short and mid-term improvement plans and implementation with excellence.
- Communicate directly with end users in English to resolve requests as first/second level support.
- Monitoring of Windows services on premise as well as on Azure cloud, support in the administration.
- Windows management, End user computing technical queries.
- Day-to-day access management on enterprise and business applications.
- Creation of documentation such as system documentation, user manuals, knowledge base articles.
