Your tasks

Main tasks:

Supports department specialists in scheduling interviews/meetings;
Managing information in databases;
Prepare HR-related reports/ presentations as needed;
Participate in organizing company events and careers days;
Other activities related to the human resources process;

Your profile

We are looking for:

University (final year of bachelor degree or first year of master);
English – minimum medium level (spoken & written);
Availability to work full time (8h/ day);
Very good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite;
Effective communication skills;
Strong work ethic;
Diversity and multicultural mindset;
An enthusiastic person, who wants to develop.
