• Support the definition of an annual calendar for our location Timisoara Tires of external events and campaigns (including job fairs and social media campaigns) and internal engagement events and campaigns with the aim of positioning the company as attractive employer of choice;
• Understand our Brand Identity Guidelines and implement it when creating graphic design materials (posts, brochures, flyers, business cards and other materials)
• Ensure implementation of the Social Media posts, recruiting and employer branding events;
• Participation in departmental projects.

• University student, preferably in areas of Communications/Human Resources/Marketing/Business Administration/Graphic Design etc.;
• Passion for graphic design, employer branding and recruiting;
• Proven editing skills in Photoshop, In Design
• Video editing is a plus
• Written and verbal communication skills, both in Romanian and English;
