We are looking for a Recruiting and Employer Branding Internship based in Sibiu who is ready to become a member of our electrifying journey.
You will be responsible for supporting the local execution of the country Employer Branding Strategy in collaboration with the Head of Employer Branding & Recruiting Romania, the Employer Branding Specialists and the Talent Acquisition team.

You will be responsible for supporting the local execution of the country Employer Branding Strategy in collaboration with the Head of Employer Branding & Recruiting Romania, the Employer Branding Specialists and the Talent Acquisition team.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Support the definition of an annual calendar for our location Sibiu of external talent acquisition events and campaigns (including job fairs and social media campaigns) and internal engagement events and campaigns with the aim of positioning the company as attractive employer of choice (internally and externally).
- Ensure implementation of recruiting and employer branding events in Sibiu.
- Closely cooperating with the country recruiting and employer branding team, as well as the communications team.
- Support the location management, but also the Talent Acquisition and the university realtions teams to ensure employer branding measures are defined and executed for all target groups in the location Sibiu.
- Support partnerships with schools, universities and other cooperation partners in Sibiu.
- Support maintenance and improvement of career site and HR Intranet page content.
Qualifications

- University student, preferably in areas of Communications/Human Resources/Marketing/Business Administration etc.
- Passion for employer branding and recruiting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Romanian and English.
- Ability to be proactive, manage your time, and meet deadlines.
- Eager to learn and accept new challenges in an agile environment.
